Captain:                    Dimitris Tsallis, 42 years old. He comes from a Sailing family and has been sailing from the age of 7!!! After graduating from high school he became a cadet in the Greek Naval Academy (19977-1980) and then an officer on merchant ships (1981-1982). From then on he has been skippering charter and private sailing yachts up to 110ft. LOA, and has also served as a sailing instructor for some winters. His experience includes many thousands of miles and 5 transatlantic crossings as skipper. He is the Captain of S/Y DAPHNE'S SMILE. Diving is one of his hobbies. He speaks Greek and English.

Cook/Deckhand:    Alexis Kakouris, 36 years old. He has studied agricultural engineering and wind generators in Greece and Germany. He is fluent in both English and German. He is always friendly and willing. His cooking is delicious, he is also an approved diver and his sailing experience includes cruising in the Soling Class.
